Registration Fee

The registration fees below include a daily lunch which will be provided on-site from July 4th 2023 to July 6th 2023, but do not include the banquet which must be paid for separately.

• Early registration until 11:59 p.m. (JST) on May 4th 2023
  • 30,000 JPY
• Late registration after 00:00 a.m. (JST) on May 5th 2023
  • 40,000 JPY

Price: 10,000 JPY (per person)

Registration Details

• Online registration is required to attend the conference. It is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. However, priority will be given to those who have submitted abstracts for talks and posters.
• Pre-payment by credit card is required.
• Please make sure that the information in the e-mail you receive after registration is correct.
• Halal and vegan menu lunches will be available upon request. If you would like to request these menus, please do not hesitate to answer the appropriate questions during the registration process.
• Please note that we are unable to accommodate vegetarian, individual allergy, gluten-free, etc. other than those listed above for lunch due to preparation.
• If you cancel your application, you will be refunded the amount paid minus a transaction fee of 3.6%.
• The refund deadline is June 20th, 2023 (updated on June 13th, 2023).
